Olya Basista and The Academy of Growth

Our Guest speaker of the evening is Olya Basista, who became known with our Club through our earlier Mentorship Project, as a mentee. Olya arrived in Norway as a refugee from Ukraine in 2022. She has academic background and long experience with psychological therapy in various forms, and today she works in Oslo with her own project, The Academy of Growth, being engaged in coaching, training, various psychological initiatives, and cooperating with several organizations.
